How To Create a Group ? and Delete ?

Suppose if you want  add group called "technotes" and "linuxtech"
#groupadd linuxtech
#groupadd technotes

 linuxtech and technotes group enteris should be in /etc/group  

How to Delete ?
Syntax:- groupdel <groupname >
